Email and SMS Marketing - Sports Sales Coordinator

Remote role blending email and SMS marketing with sales follow-through and day-to-day coordination of pickup games. It involves planning and sending segmented campaigns, building welcome, recovery and win-back flows, and following leads through to booking and payment confirmation. Requires strong English for North American customers, hands-on CRM and email/SMS platform experience (Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Mailchimp or similar), spreadsheet reporting skills, and availability for evening and weekend shifts in Toronto/Eastern time.
