Lifestyle Marketing Associate Account Director

Account leadership role at a growth agency: you own a portfolio of 4–6 lifestyle and high-AOV consumer brands, leading full-funnel strategy across awareness, consideration and conversion. You coordinate paid, SEO, content, email and creative teams, translate performance data into actionable insights and own client relationships and retention. Requires 4–7 years in considered-purchase marketing, comfort with multi-touch attribution limits and advanced written and spoken English; fully remote with USD base salary.
