Backend/SRE role on GitLab's observability and monetization team: building telemetry, metrics, logs and traces across the billing stack plus automated detection of billing, data and event anomalies across CustomersDot, Salesforce and Zuora. Requires strong Ruby on Rails experience, monitoring with Prometheus/Grafana/OpenTelemetry, SLOs/SLIs, incident handling and asynchronous work in English.
