Technical Lead

MailerLite is hiring a Technical Lead for its Audience Growth team, which owns signup forms, landing pages, subscriber imports and preference centers. The role blends engineering leadership with hands-on work: shaping technical direction with product and design partners, building integrations, and keeping opt-in flows fast, reliable and abuse-resistant. Requirements include 6+ years of production web development with strong PHP/Laravel, modern JavaScript (ideally Vue 3), prior technical leadership, REST/OAuth APIs, PostgreSQL and background jobs, plus excellent English and 5h overlap with CET.
