Fully remote and async role focused on scaling global clients' engineering teams, designing advanced applications and integrating external APIs. Requires mastery of systems programming in C++, Rust or Go, plus solid networking (WebSockets, TCP, HTTP, UDP), concurrency, memory management and system architecture skills. The process includes a technical assessment, interview and a hackweek on a large open-source codebase.
