Cloud Support Engineer

Technical support role for customers using Ubuntu and open source products, troubleshooting issues in cloud and Linux environments. Requires excellent English, hands-on Linux experience, and exposure to at least three areas such as virtualization, containers, storage, or networking, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills. It is fully remote globally with occasional weekend rotation.
