Cloud Systems Administrator

The role owns the day-to-day administration of a SaaS and cloud vendor stack, prioritizing security and audit logging. Responsibilities include identity and access management (SSO/SAML, SCIM, MFA), user lifecycle via Rippling and Google Workspace, scripting and API integrations to automate provisioning and access reviews, incident response triage, and tier 1-2 IT support. Requires 3+ years administering SaaS/cloud platforms, scripting in Python, PowerShell or Bash, and familiarity with HIPAA or similar compliance frameworks.
