Senior Support Engineer

Technical support role within the Engineering department: handles complex customer cases running self-managed GitLab and SaaS, troubleshoots issues across Linux, logs and the Ruby on Rails codebase, reproduces bugs and contributes merge requests. Requires strong Linux systems administration, scripting, Git, CI/CD and DevOps/Kubernetes experience, plus mentoring teammates and weekend on-call rotations.
