Senior Research Engineer

Senior role on the Research team improving large-scale distributed training, data processing, and inference systems. Requires expert-level JAX and TPU skills, production inference optimization, and experience with LLMs or speech models. Also involves cross-functional work with research, infrastructure, and production engineering to resolve end-to-end bottlenecks.
