Research Engineer, Frontier Data

Research Engineer role at an AI data company, working directly with a frontier AI lab client to design datasets, RL environments and evaluations that improve state-of-the-art models. Requires hands-on experience building and improving deep learning systems, with strong focus on data quality, curation, denoising, synthetic data generation and rigorous evaluation across areas like coding agents, multimodality, STEM reasoning or embodied AI. The position is fully remote for candidates based anywhere in Brazil or Colombia.
