Revenue Operations Lead

RevOps role owning the final leg of the funnel: turning approved leads into moved-in members by optimizing AI-driven and human calling, testing scripts and follow-up cadence, and fixing lead routing and CRM hygiene. Requires 5+ years in revenue/growth ops or funnel analytics, fluency in SQL or a BI tool such as Hex, Mode or Looker, and daily AI use for reporting and call analysis. Includes building end-to-end dashboards, setting cross-team SLAs, and running retention campaigns.
