Head of AI Native Operations

Lead a central team building the company's AI-native internal operating system: define standards, a maturity model and the operating cadence under which every team works with agents carrying real operational load. Requires hands-on agentic AI workflows others depended on, a track record of landing company-wide standards without direct authority, and exceptional async writing. The role manages two senior ICs (platform and enablement) and is publicly graded by the same model it owns.
