Software Engineer - L3 Support

Engineering role in third-level support across the Ubuntu and open source stack: kernel, virtualization (KVM), containers (Docker/LXC/LXD), storage (Ceph), networking (OVS/OVN), OpenStack and Kubernetes. Involves troubleshooting complex enterprise customer issues, developing fixes and backport patches for upstream inclusion, and working closely with support and product teams. Requires strong Linux and open source experience, at least one of Python, Go, C or C++, and clear technical communication; fully remote with occasional international travel.
