Forward Deployed Engineer (AI & Business Transformation)

Truelogic

Open to LatAmAutomationLevel: Senior

A nearshore services firm seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with enterprise clients and lead AI-driven business transformation. The role combines management consulting with hands-on building: diagnosing workflow friction, redesigning operating models, and shipping AI-powered prototypes and automations using LLM APIs and low-code tools. Requires 5-10 years in consulting or enterprise technology, strong stakeholder influence, and the autonomy to build working proofs of concept without a dedicated engineering team.
