Technical Delivery Manager (IT Manager)

Lead the day-to-day delivery of a small technical team building multiple AI-driven products, owning sprint planning, backlog prioritization, capacity forecasting and cross-functional coordination with product, security, QA and infrastructure. Requires a solid technical foundation in backend/distributed systems, cloud and containers, familiarity with AI/LLM concepts, plus prior experience coordinating engineers and strong English (C1-C2). It is a hands-off, Scrum-style leadership role focused on process discipline, risk and cost control, and light people coaching.
