Senior Product Manager - Marketplace

Senior product management role owning the merchant-side (supply) experience of a payments and banking fintech marketplace in Colombia. The focus is scaling self-serve merchant activation: fixing opt-in funnel drop-offs, expanding bulk-upload catalog ingestion, automating taxonomy validation, and improving metrics such as time-to-10-sales. Requires B2B marketplace or seller-side e-commerce experience, comfort with data pipelines and technical integrations, and the ability to turn operational incidents into automated product solutions backed by funnel dashboards and cohort analysis.
