The role bridges business needs and technical execution for a product team working on utility services, CIS billing and customer self-service portals. It involves gathering and documenting requirements, writing user stories with acceptance criteria, facilitating workshops, refining the backlog and supporting Agile ceremonies alongside Product Owners and QA. Requires 4-6 years as a Product Analyst, Agile/Scrum experience, tools like Jira or Azure DevOps, familiarity with utilities/regulated markets and advanced English, working remotely from LATAM.
