Senior leadership role to build and scale the supply engine of a Colombian fintech's marketplace: active seller growth, category mix, competitive pricing and experience quality. Requires 8+ years of experience including 3-5 years owning the supply side of a major e-commerce or marketplace, with P&L ownership, cause-to-effect selection models and cross-functional teams across acquisition and account management. The position is remote with a LatAm focus.
