Head of Security

First security leader at a global payouts fintech: owns the entire security posture end to end, from access and identity to SecOps, incident response, vendor security and policy. It's a hands-on player-coach role partnering with engineering on production and code security, managing AI-tooling risk and eventually building and hiring a team. Requires real hands-on security experience at a scaling company, judgment over checklists, and enough technical fluency to read the codebase and infrastructure.
