Observability Engineering Manager

Canonical is hiring an engineering manager to lead development of its observability, distributed tracing and service mesh products on Kubernetes. The role blends managing a distributed team with hands-on technical work: code reviews, architecture and roadmap alongside product managers. It requires strong software delivery experience, Linux proficiency, fluent English and willingness to travel up to four times a year; Python, Go and prior team-management experience are valued.
