Head of Operations - Shopify App Portfolio

Operations and product role leading a portfolio of three Shopify apps (~$1.87M ARR), coordinating a developer, tester, support agency and marketing contractors. Owns roadmap and prioritization in Linear, experimentation with Amplitude/SQL, quality and documentation, Shopify API and App Store compliance, plus oversight of paid ads and App Store rankings. Looking for an experienced operator from a small SaaS team, technically fluent at writing specs and data-driven, comfortable working asynchronously. Part-time (15-25 h/week) as contractor or employee.
