Program Manager (LATAM)

Remote account management and customer success role for an open-source data integration and automation platform serving governments and NGOs. As the first Program Manager, this person owns retention, renewals and expansion across the subscription portfolio while building the playbooks and cadences for the function. Requires 3-7 years in SaaS account management or customer success, technical fluency around APIs, integrations and data workflows, and Spanish fluency.
