Senior Full-Stack Growth Engineer

Full-stack engineering role focused on growth: building production features, backend services and internal tools, plus instrumenting product analytics and designing statistically sound A/B experiments. Requires solid full-stack experience, advanced SQL, Python or R scripting, API/webhook integrations, and a foundation in causal inference and attribution. Familiarity with PostHog, CRMs, marketing automation and metrics like CAC, LTV and ROAS is a plus.
