Support Engineer (EMEA - Weekends)

Developer support role for the Postgres platform: respond to and triage support cases, reproduce issues, monitor GitHub Issues and Discussions, and spot internal tooling improvements. They seek 3+ years supporting technical customers, strong SQL/PostgreSQL, Linux/command line, GitHub, and fluent English; React, Vue, Svelte, or Node.js experience is a plus. Full-time with four 10-hour shifts covering Friday to Monday.
